A small studio runs on time and trust. These are the few things that keep every appointment calm and on schedule.

Cancellation
- — Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- — Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before your appointment.
- — If Scarlett needs to move your appointment, you'll be offered the next available slot.

Appointment preparation
- — Please arrive with clean, product-free hands and nails where possible.
- — If you're wearing gel that needs soaking off, please mention this when booking so enough time can be allowed.
- — Bring reference images or inspiration if you have any.
- — Please come alone — the studio is private and one-to-one.

Privacy
- — Your details are used only to confirm and manage your appointment.
- — The studio address is shared privately once your booking is confirmed.
- — A full privacy notice is available on request — this is a placeholder for the launch site.
